Pauline's Group
Not so long ago, on the busiest weekend of the year, we had a group of divers from Singapore come and stay at Watercolours. They were patient with us - because we were so busy running around trying to look after all our guests. Pauline, Robin and the rest of the guys were all proficient divers and really good fun. What more could we ask for?
Many thanks for your kind comments, which I transferred to our guestbook. Many thanks also for sending in this great photo-montage of your time at Watercolours. We hope to see you back here again!
Ben
Ben was one of the nine divers above! Here are a few of the photos he took whilst diving the Perhentian Islands. Hope to see you guys back here before too long to dive again!
Patrick Charland
Patrick is a professor of Environmental Education in Canada, so we were very pleased that he was impressed with the services we provide at our dive centre. Using their new camera and housing, Patrick and Gen got some great diving photos. They were disappointed that they did not make it to our secret wreck, Fish Heaven, due to high waves... but you'll just have to come back next year then!

Sime Darby Reef Check Survey
Sime Darby (Kuala Lumpur) stayed with us at Watercolours for a company-sponsored diving trip with a difference. Instead of the usual fun dives, the work colleagues learned more about our marine life and the Reef Check survey methodolgy. By the end of their training they were fish, invertebrate and substrate experts, which enabled them to survey one of our reefs. The data is used to monitor reef health and highlight any future impacts or changes. We would like to thank Sime Darby for choosing the Perhentian Islands to survey. Let's save our coral reefs!
Stephan Beskow
Stephan and his wife are PADI Diving Instructors from Varberg and both are into underwater photography and filmwork. Stephan was good enough to send us these four cracking pictures from some of his dives around the Perhentian Islands. You can see more of his fantastic images on his website http://www.stefanbeskow.com.

Ian and Donna Smith
Ian and Donna did a lot of diving with us and took some great photos! We think Ian takes a great photos... but his dive-identification skills need a bit of work. Hey Ian, what exactly is the Doo-Dah fish? Heh heh...

The diver gave Richie a CD full of his photos. If only Richie could remember his name... doh!
